The resident and supervisor send annual updates on the progress of the training to the Secretariat by 30 June each year. |
5-year review |

Co-supervisors must undergo the ECLAM re-certification review every 5 years while they are supervising residents. |
If changes occur | The director must notify the Training Committee of any significant change to the programme (eg: change of director) by sending the annual review forms (see above) to the Secretariat as soon as reasonably possible, normally within 30 days. | The trainee must notify the Training Committee of any significant change to the programme (eg long term absence) as soon as reasonably possible, normally within 30 days. |
Appeals | Appeals of any decisions of the Committees will be handled according to the College's appeals process. |
